This week’s episode features art therapy coach Madelyne Oliver. I’m just going to say upfront, this is a very motivating and inspiring episode. She hits it right on the head with several different points about facing your fear with video and getting aligned with what you’re truly meant to do. I think a lot of artists are stuck in the rat race of life that they forget to take a step back and make sure their work aligns with what they truly want, which in turn breeds motivation. So many of us want to wake up motivated but we don’t realize that motivation comes naturally from doing the thing you truly love. Even I have to take a step back and make sure what I’m doing aligns with what I really want for the future. We talk about meditation and organization, all the things that I really think can be helpful for the overall growth of your art business. It starts with mindset.
