Dr. Renee is joining me on this episode. I decided to shake things up a bit and discuss something controversial. Damon “Dame” Dash is an American entrepreneur, record executive, film producer and is best known for co-founding Roc-A-Fella records. For a significant time, he served as Jay-Z’s manager and business partner.

Several years ago, Dame Dash came on the popular radio talk show The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 to discuss a new movie. To anyone who isn’t familiar with the talk show, it’s not your typical morning show and if you’re a guest, you definitely can’t prepare for the questions you will face on the show. Let’s just say it turned into a heated talk about employment versus entrepreneurship and other things you should listen to in your home and not at work.

On this episode, Dr. Renee and I break down this conversation for you from a doctor’s perspective. There are mad nuggets that Dame drops about employment that we think you all can learn from and we go through each one by one. His thoughts are controversial, but this is Docs Outside the Box - and that’s what we do!
