Do you ever feel self-conscious about how you look? Most of the time when I ask that question people think it’s rhetorical because it’s so common among women that we have that struggle. Today I’m going to talk about a powerful problem-solving framework and apply it to the practically-universal problem of women feeling self-conscious about how they look. And I’ll share a few common root problems and simple solutions. 

When I was in high school, I was in a class and competitive program called future problem-solving. It is still a thing; read about Future Problem Solving Program International here. We worked in teams of four to go from fuzzy situation to a written solution.
