Hello, Valentine! With the annual day of love approaching later this week, I thought it might be a good time to shift gears and focus on a little self-love today. Because we can definitely be our own worst critics. I’ve covered episodes on body image and eliminating negative self-talk on the podcast before. But today, I wanted to bring in a trusted expert to guide us around reclaiming our confidence, learning to love and treat our bodies well, and making exercise a habit that sticks.

Jena is a true triple threat, because she not only walks the walk as a very fit mom of 4 beautiful girls, she’s also a physical therapist so she knows how to help women exercise in smart, safe, and effective ways, and she’s the most incredible person I’ve ever met when it comes to time management. She juggles life with her 4 littles, volunteers at her church in the women’s and children’s ministry and continues to work as a physical therapist while running an Airbnb on the side. She does all this while maintaining a healthy lifestyle and growing her own online business. I tell her constantly that I don’t know how she manages to do everything she does. And if you want to stay motivated with your workout routine, Dr. Jena will help you reach your fitness goals faster all while being a busy woman. She’s definitely been a saving grace for me this past year.
In today’s episode, Jena offers up a handful of tips to strengthen and restore your core in just 2 minutes a day as well as by fitting exercise into some of the mundane tasks you’re already doing, like sitting at a red light or waiting in line at the grocery store. Seriously, she makes working out insanely easy and fun!
