Jake Wagner and his mother, Angela Wagner, were sentenced for their roles in the 2016 murders of eight members of the Rhoden and Gilley families. Rita Newcomb, Jake's grandmother and Angela's mother, was also sentenced for a misdemeanor obstruction charge. Hannah Hazel Gilley's mother gave a heartfelt victim impact statement and Jake and Angela also spoke.
