You'll know Steph from her catchy Instagram handle, Any Given Runday, her dynamic smile, upbeat attitude and true love for running.  Stephanie is a marathoner, ultramarathoner, mom to a toddler and a physiotherapist who lives in the gorgeous city of Vancouver.
In this conversation, we chat with Steph all about her journey into running, (she is super speedy by the way clocking a 38:18 10K PR just one year after becoming a mom!) diving back into running and racing after having her baby boy Bryce, why she loves her job, her stint as a model in a commercial for Saucony and of course all about running in the city of Vancouver.
