In this episode, I have a conversation with my wonderful client Rose Moore. She joined my Confident Equestrian Program back in September 2022 as she wanted to boost her confidence levels and add some tools to her toolkit, and holy moly, she has come so far!

Not only did her confidence skyrocket, she got her child-like joy back around her horses and followed a new passion, diving into learning all about bodywork for horses.

And now, she is exploring starting her own business doing bodywork with horses and empowering their owners just before her 60th birthday.
