By far one of the most fascinating tours we have ever had since the podcast started with Justin Thomason, the plant manager for Resistol. We got to see the hats being built from start to finish and hear Justin’s story of how he came to Resistol. It was like a dual podcast of his life and the culture of a company we all know.
