Have you ever had a bad day become a bad week? And that bad week become a bad month and then a bad year? Andy “stumbled” into depression after the tough news about his daughter’s health at her birth. He was a pastor and would put a fake smile on his face. He was believing lies that he was left alone and forgotten by God. With the encouragement of his wife, he went to counseling. Like many people, he was hesitant to go. However, it was one of the best decisions he made. The counseling helped him to see the root of the lies that he was believing. Andy is now a speaker and author of the book “When Words Don’t Come Easy”. Along with advocating for mental health, he is passionate about fitness and working out.
