A three-time UFC Welterweight Champion and former UFC Middleweight Champion, he became one of only a handful of athletes to hold titles in two divisions, retiring with an elite 26–2 record and nine successful title defenses. Beyond the octagon, he’s a speaker, actor, and mentor, sharing lessons on discipline, mindset, and resilience drawn from a lifetime of overcoming adversity.
