Tamara Melton, a passionate health informatics dietitian and Co-Founder and Executive Director of Diversity Dietetics (DD), joins me to chat about her career journey, and how DD came to be.

We talk about the genesis of Diversify Dietetics—when she had her “aha moment”, how she connected with Deanna Belleney, Co-Founder and Director of Programs, and insight into the (18-month long!!) nonprofit 501(c)3 process.
