Today’s SWAPA Number is 124. That's the number of CBA grievances currently open. Right now, there’s a three-digit backlog of open grievances waiting for arbitration because our Union and our Company can’t agree on what our CBA says. Ultimately, this week’s SWAPA Number is the reason SWAPA is pushing for a full rewrite in Contract 2020.
