The short answer is no, and Suzie explains why, including how each session works, what kind of information comes through, and which modality may best support you depending on what you need right now.

Suzie breaks down the technical differences between the two experiences: past-life regression involves being guided into a trance or hypnotic state to explore a lifetime in depth, while Akashic Records readings involve the reader accessing your Records (with consent) through prayer or meditation and channelling guidance in a fully conscious state.
