In this episode we take a look at Philippians 4:4-5 where Paul teaches and admonishes the church at Philippi to rejoice in the Lord always. Joy  is a consistent theme in the letter he is writing. Paul wants them to remember that joy is a choice and it can and should mark their lives as followers of Jesus.
