Alison Canavan is a former model originally from Ireland who is now a sought-after keynote speaker, author, transformation coach and meditation teacher. Alison shares how she has transformed – and is still transforming – her life. A former alcoholic and problem drug user, Alison tells her story and what transformation can look like on a continuing basis.

Alison now resides in Texas and we spoke in person on the anniversary of her 8 years of sobriety, and the day after her 45th birthday. Alison inspires people to connect more deeply and love more unconditionally and start from the inside out. She talks about what she learned from years in the modeling industry, years studying meditation and what she has learned, and now as a sober single mom.
