This is busy season, and when you start looking, you’ll find lots of opportunities for your business as well as your personal life, and it’s easy to overcommit or tempting to say yes to things that won’t help you reach your goals. 

Every yes is a no to something else. 

Saying yes to one vendor event means that you’re saying no to another vendor or party that day. In this episode, I’m sharing the system I used to make decisions in my business, especially during the busy season.

  • Create your questions that will guide your decisions.
  • Say no to someone without feeling guilty.
  • Align your business, personal, and energetic priorities so nothing important gets shortchanged.
  • Set up your calendar to support your goals instead of draining or distracting you.
  • Get clear on what you're really saying no to when you say yes to something else.
  • Build habits that match your goals (instead of scrambling to catch up when deadlines hit).
