Elias Hutchinson, also known as "The Start Up Cowboy" is a social media influencer known for his instructional videos in a variety of topics such as roping, cowboy etiquette and horse training. Elias is also manages the arena at the University of Wyoming's research farm, is the Wagon Master for UW's draft horse team, and is an advisor to the school's ranch horse team.
