If you have been listening to the podcast for a few years, you know that T.J. is in a group called Integrated and absolutely adores it.  Last week he headed to the second Integrated meet-up of 2022 and yet again, came home with such helpful language, teaching and inspiration.  Today we only get through the first session of his time in Integrated about family vision + resources.

10 Examples of Expanding Vision: 

1. The ministry dial - two dials - work and ministry - really fuel a specific ministry calling. 

2. Bigger families - If I find myself with more resources, is God calling me to grow my family? 

3. Adopt a city - Ask the Lord if there is a city somewhere in the world that God is calling our family to bless? 

4. Build a city - I want these values to exist in geography - DisneyLand, Dude Perfect 

5. Solve a major problem - If you find there is a problem in the world that really bothers you, that might be your specific problem to solve. Is there a problem like that for Brooke or I? 

6. Release your spouse. Sometimes when your resources go beyond your vision, it might be your wife’s calling to fulfill 

7. Build Rivendell - A lot of people are called to build two spaces - one is their own household where their values are fully expressed. “I like when guys start to do really weird things to your property” - Jeremy. What are these square inches for? The second space is the wide open rural space. 

8. Free other families - Why wouldn’t the church be full of households like this? - Christians need to help each other better. 

9. Patronize the arts - The chosen exists because people are patronizing the arts and the things they believe in. 

10. Thought leader support. Bringing influencers together, masterminds, etc.
