You know, that magical combo where you obsess over every detail, waste loads of time and then suddenly decide “It's dead to me” at 75% and never either finish it, or rush your way through the last 20% with no f**ks given?!!!

We’re talking all-or-nothing thinking, the fear of not doing it perfectly, and how we somehow manage to procrastinate AND care way too much.
It’s messy and it’s frustrating, but what's new with ADHD??!!!
