Lee - also known as "Flick" on trail - hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2018 and is the founder of Trailside Fitness - where he helps hikers prepare and thrive before, during, and after trail.

In this informative session, Lee goes over common injuries that contribute to hikers leaving trail, and ways to prevent them. He covers training, gear, weight, mileage, "starting smart," massaging & stretching techniques, and much more.
