We discuss the awesomeness that is the 2024 Topps Heritage Baseball card set that was released in April, which has current players on current cards designed to look like the old 1975 Topps design. That look, in my humble opinion, is one of the all-time greatest looks ever!

Gorgeous design, tons of SPs, cool inserts — and look at this list of superstar rookies on the checklist: Evan Carter, Curtis Mead, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Junior Caminero, Masyn Winn, Noelvi Marte, Jasson Dominguez, Jordan Lawlar, Elly De La Cruz, and Endy Rodriguez.

Also, Patrick Imhoff shares some great “Alternative Collecting Ideas,” which will help make your collection even more fun (if you can imagine that!). He shares a few alternative ways to put together smaller sets that may be more meaningful to you.

We also list the Top 11 Baseball Rookie Cards clicked on from DavidGonos.com in the month of March! The top-five are from the latest 2024 Topps Series 1 release!

Ryan Daley also shares a cool article on 59 Great 2nd-Year Baseball Cards and he expounds on the 1962 Topps Billy Williams card! It’s a beaut! — and much cooler than Williams’ rookie card!

Daley also shares why the 1978 Topps Rookie Shortstops #707 card is extra special in baseball card history!

Finally, I share some interesting baseball history surrounding the arrival of Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford, who started the 2024 MLB season in the Rangers’ Opening Day lineup!
