As some of you probably know, I tend to do quite a bit of research prior to a conversation with a guest on Heads Talk, especially if it’s a field that I am not familiar with.  This one was no exception. However, going through the material and listening to some of the testimonies of the BCI Pioneers, I was unexpectedly moved. Completely amazed at the work that they are doing with their patients, their drive, the results and the fact that they are at the front of delivering hope to many individuals with paralysis and other neurological disorders. 

Jeff Jensen is the CTO of Blackrock Neurotech, one of the world's leading Neurotech companies.  We talked about the work that is being done within his organisation and I listened to some of the feedback that Jeff and his team are getting about some of their life changing products. They have developed one of the most advanced BCI used today and in this episode you will hear how excited Jeff is with the progress as well as get a glimpse of what’s to come in this space. Their mission state is a noble one and they are delivering groundbreaking results. One gets the feeling we are on the edge of an exponential development in neuroscience and you will marvel at some of the products due to be released and commercialised in the near future.
