Today we are joined by avid traveller and adventurer Lily or Pony/I'll Be! Pony thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2023 and goes into detail about her experiences on trail - the good and the not-so-great.

In this episode, Pony describes beautiful moments on trail - such as sunrise on Franconia Ridge, as well as scary and not-so-fun moments like hiking in a hurricane.
