Catherine Is a CPA in south Texas, who called last year, wanting to get off the hamster wheel and get intentional about creating a thriving practice that is designed and built to sell at a high multiple. We’ve been working together on that vision. For just shy of a year.We’re talking about what has changed and what she’s learned along the way, so that you can have a window into what shifting your accounting practice is actually like.
