Former UCB Artistic Director and current Squirrel Theater founder, Michael Hartney is on the podcast this week. Michael talks about working with Anne Hathaway and Sebastian recalls the time he was cut from a TV show that went to Cannes. Sebastian "gets right into it" and asks Michael's thoughts on whether we live in a simulation. Robbie brings up that Michael once had one of the most thankless jobs in NYC. Michael reflects on his time as the Artistic Director of UCB. Sebastian provides some further details of the job he got cut from which leads him and Michael to show off their British accents. They end the episode with a story from Michael's days working at the Planet Hollywood in Times Square. You can see Michael performing every week at Under St Marks with Borabish. He is also the host of NYC's best Character Showcase, Character's Welcome.
