Scientists at IUPUI, the IU School of Medicine and two other U.S. universities have been awarded a $2.2 million grant from the National Science Foundation to explore insects as food and feed in agriculture as a response to a growing population, climate issues and food insecurity.

They talk about the basis for this research, why it’s necessary and the industry engagement with their work.
