145: Monique Live Coaching: How this Enneagram 7 went from Scattered to Centered
You know how I feel about Enneagram 7s.
My daughter is an Enneagram 7, and she’s the reason why I was so passionate about learning this framework.

That’s because as much as I loved my daughter, I didn’t understand anything about how she operated.
I wanted to understand her instead of making her into a mini me so that she could be her very best self.
It was almost a decade ago that I was introduced to the Enneagram and had those AHA moments about why my daughter was the way she was.
I learned how to help her grow, as well as help myself grow alongside her. My daughter now teaches me more than anyone else on the planet.
The Enneagram 7 is called the Enthusiast.
They get a bad wrap as being a little all over the place, flaky, hyper, unfocused...but actually that’s because their brains operate at such a high pace and they see everything as a possibility. And what I’ve learned is when you have an Enneagram 7 in front of you, you gotta let ‘em rip.
My client Monique is a wife, mother, business owner, and a fireball. 9 months ago when I met her I could hear the restlessness in her voice. She knew she had a lot of good stuff inside her but didn’t know how to utilize it at its best—she felt scattered and exhausted. Now she’s learned how to be true to herself while finding a harmonious flow.
