145 // Restoring Peaceful Rhythms: Here's How!
Restoring rhythms of life is a challenge when life as you know it disappears into the chaos of grief.
Now is a great time to start rebuilding those rhythms. Instead of focusing on resolutions that are so often discussed this time of year. Stay away from the chatter on SM and the grocery store magazine headlines about how to start the new year.
Let's you and me focus on what will gently restore some stability in your life.
Today we are discussing how to start slowly and build back those rhythms one step at a time. I can’t wait to share my plan with you.
What I’m sharing with you today is exactly what I did to restore my rhythms of life. And this plan can be used regardless of where you are in your grief journey. I call it a reset and I use it still today when live gets out of balance.
