What are healthy distractions in grief?
By definition a distraction is something that turns your attention away from something else. It’s crucial to find healthy distractions to allow for moments of rest and emotional relief.
Distractions can prevent you from moving into a state of emotional exhaustion that can lead to unhealthy behaviors and unstable mental health.
Today were building on what I taught you Tuesday on how to put in place the steps that lead to restoring peaceful rhythms of life.
Let’s define what a healthy distraction is and how to implement them into your grief journey in a positive way.
2 ways To Take Action
1. Grief Mentor Sessions
Want to sit down with me face to face over zoom and spend an hour working through what is keeping you stuck?
After I meet with my clients I send out detailed post session notes. The reason I do that because I’ve been where you are and I know what it’s like to try and remember something very important that I heard.
And friend that is difficult to do when your grieving the death of your child!
That's why I do it FOR you!
