-Eating a real food diet. This is essential to healing.
-Getting rid of vegetable oils in your diet (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, grapeseed oil)
-Reducing added sugars
-Pair carbs with protein and a fat
-Consider the order in which you eat your meals. It’s best to start with leafy greens, then fat/protein, saving carbs for last.
-Having a shot of apple cider vinegar before your meal
