Logging thousands of miles a year means we could always use strength and conditioning advice. Applying it is a whole different thing, but at least we'll have the knowledge. To get that knowledge, we talked to Jess Movold, a licensed strength and running coach for Runner’s World+ members. Just ran a lifetime PR in Boston, 3:12, and her first postpartum marathon. She currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and son Battle, which is probably the coolest name a human could ask for. She’s also a new member of the Train to NYC!
