Ryan became a real estate agent 23 years ago because he loved to help people—but things have changed. Large technology platforms have been taking over the industry, intending to automate everything in sight with data and algorithms.

These same platforms tell consumers that they can sit back and let machines do all the work. But buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you can make in your life. We need people at the heart of this process.

That's why Ryan started RealTrade - to give us a place to easily and freely do business. By making real estate social, we can innovate for the 21st century without losing sight of what's important.  Less algorithms, more humans.
