In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Jackson Lahmeyer to talk about faith, leadership, and what it looks like to build a business without letting fear drive your decisions.

Jackson is a pastor, the founder of Pastors for Trump, and someone who has been willing to stand firm in his beliefs even when it brings opposition. We talked about how when you run a business with faith, people know it. Not because you talk about it, but because of how you operate. We discussed leading from faith instead of fear, trusting the sound mind God gave you, and remembering that what we manage does not ultimately belong to us.

We also talked about the importance of being intentional, because without intention you end up drifting. We touched on opposition, criticism, and pressure, and why staying grounded matters when those moments come. The righteous may fall seven times, but they get back up, and that mindset applies just as much to business and leadership as it does to faith.
