In this episode, Corey and I have a conversation about Adult tantrums, especial mantrums (male tantrums). We have uncontrolled outburst and expressions of anger. Adult temper tantrums can be sometimes be used as a mechanism to manipulate others, cover up fear, shame or guilt with anger or get attention, as well divert attention from another issue.
“adult tantrums usual show up as a disproportionate expression of anger to the circumstance ” - Corey Costanzo
