MASCULINE/FEMININE ENERGIES - AND UNDERSTANDING WHAT IN YOU ATTRACTED YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO BEGIN WITH

This episode is all about understanding the fundamentals of masculine and feminine energies and relating it back to how your current or past relationships have been operating.. For me theres been relationships where I operated more in my feminine and some where I was more in my masculine.

I also explain the dynamics of wounded masculine and feminine and how that could be showing up for you… while relating it to examples of each of my past partnerships because I have definitely experienced the toxic masculine e and the more beta masculine sides of a relationship and I have also played the role of the alpha female/beta female within my own relationships in the past as well. 

We discuss how to identify this and ways to begin shifting this if you’re noticing you’re operating out of that boss babe/ alpha female energy… because ultimately if you find your power and you stay there too long - it will lead to burnout and resentment and you will no longer be able to tolerate your partner - especially if he’s the man - if he’s remaining in that beta role for too long - it just does not work. 

I also want to share this because my hope and goal is to help relationships come back together and create a sacred union - rather than continue to see relationships separate - because it feels like a freaking epidemic right now and my hope is that from my hindsight can be your foresight or whatever that phrase is! 

I didn’t know what I know now and I couldn’t have known what I now understand if I hadn’t experienced these relationship dynamics myself. 

But ultimately this comes down to each individual having the courage to look at their own past hurts and wounding and to go on the inner journey to heal themselves.. and when you do this and become whole healthy happy and complete as An individual… and then bring that back to your partnership - in a perfect  world you can create the relationship of your dreams where both parties feel heard  + seen, and the man can feel respected and honoured and needed, and the woman can feel chosen, loved and adored… and can ultimately create that sacred union i believe we all really crave deep down.
