No matter what's going on, no matter how burned out we may be, and no matter how badly Kellie overcooked Allen's supper, the podcast must go on! Knowing how Allen feels about Heinz 57, Kellie knew it was REALLY bad when Allen asked her to pass the bottle.

It took him until the season finale, but Allen finally got on board with "The Bachelorette," and he has a few things to say about Hannah, Jeb/Jed and Kellie's obsession with Tyler. Then Allen grades Kellie on her performance as a submissive wife, based on the list of rules Kellie shared in the last podcast. 
 
 Finally, Allen talks about some major changes he's made in his health and reveals a very personal journey he's been on. There are a lot of tears, but hopefully his story brings hope to people who may be going through the same thing.
