This week on the show, I was honored to be joined in conversation by William Paul Young. Paul is best known as the author of the iconic book, “The Shack.” But in our conversation today, we don’t talk about “The Shack” for more than a couple minutes. Instead, Paul and I headed straight into a heartfelt and utterly provocative conversation around lies we believe about God, true intimacy and belonging, what it means to really be seen and known, and why, according to Paul, “The unexposed remains unhealed.” Paul is a sage, such an example of someone whose life is laid down at the feet of Jesus, and such a father figure, even amidst great tragedy and great redemption.
