Margaret DeFrancisco was 15-years-old in June of 2000. She looked up to her 17-year-old sister, Regina, but that wasn't a good thing. Regina went down a seedy path, putting her life in danger with the people she hung around. Margaret fell in line and was her sister's shadow. When Oscar Velazquez came into the picture as Regina's beau, the sisters hatched a plan to take everything from him, including his life.
