This week’s podcast guest is Françoise Molenaar who is a meditation teacher and shaman who specialises in fertility and pregnancy loss. As an award-winning political scientist and conflict researcher, she used to travel the world to study and advice on how communities can increase their resilience in the face of violent conflict and extremism. But as her own fertility journey progressed along the way, she felt an increasing need to embrace a softer, more feminine side of herself that would bring back balance and joy in everyday life. She now guides other women on their fertility journeys as a 1-on-1 coach, a women’s group facilitator, and podcast host. 

She is offering a free Winter Fertility Retreat starting 1 January 2024 to support women on the fertility journey and conception. The themes of the retreat are:
