In today’s conversation, I’m taking you into my weekly counseling and mentoring session with my key mentor, Dave Bauer, in which we’re walking through something I’ve struggled with for years, and that’s the spirit of accusation and the spirit of fear. And the reason I wanted to turn on the mics in this personal session is because I know I’m not the only one who has faced (and is facing) situations outside my control; situations that leave me feeling gutted, and if I can be so vulnerable, even without hope at times. It’s unnerving. It’s painful. And it’s really scary. But what I do know is that there is a way out. I’ve found it for myself. There is a solution to finally close the lid on this insidious assault upon the core of our identity. And the beginning of freedom starts with surrender.\
