This is the first time I have ever interviewed someone in-person and it is one of my favorite people if you could not tell from the title.... my little sister, Vienna Prynkiewicz!

Vienna was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 & ADHD in summer of 2022, is a filmmaker, recent graduate of Northern Arizona University, and currently pursuing creative interests such as music, acting and art directing.

Tune in to hear Vienna share her experience receiving her bipolar diagnosis along with ways to manage ups and downs while practicing self compassion. She speaks about her journey with sobriety, coming out of toxic relationships to finding a supportive partner and the transition between college and the real world.
