The Rise and Run podcast has always celebrated our runDisney family, and Episode 175 is no different. Similarly, Jack joins us in the race report spotlight to give his account of the Icebreaker Marathon in East Meadow, NY providing insight into the mental strength required to conquer the multiple loops of the race. We also celebrate Jack's completion of running every street in Camden County, NJ, a story we first talked about in episode 94. This spectacular effort was done in memory of Jack's father and as a fundraiser for the Lewy Body Dementia Association.

Another of our Galloway pacer friends, Greg, joined us to talk about a very special fund-raising race he his helping to organize in the Tampa Bay, FL area.
