  • Our classic rye-heavy mash bill that has been second aged in the original Barrel Select batch #1 high-end Sangiovese wine cask for 27 months (total age of 5 years).
• Statehouse Gin Barrel Select - WHISKEY WAR CABERNET Batch #4 - 82 proof
  • Aged for 27 months in a Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrel that previously aged batch #2 of Whiskey War Barrel Select.
