In this episode I talk all about the other factors outside of fitness, nutrition and water that could be impacting your physical weight and the overall health of your body.
I have seen it enough times this year alone to know for a fact that for many women, the physical weight they are carrying isn't even food or exercise related.. it is stored and repressed emotions, oftentimes not even their own, but emotions they may be holding or storing for those around them.
I firmly believe that when you begin to cut the toxins out of your life, eat more whole and nutritious foods, move your body because you love it and start healing your body through moving through and FEELING the repressed emotions, if you're someone who stores extra body weight, it will naturally begin to fall off.

Because truly at this point im convinced once food, water, sleep and exercise is mastered, the only other thing that could be contributing to the detrminent of your well being is either a toxicity poisoning - or trauma and unprocessed emotions.. or living so out of alignment with your soul that your body begins to fight itself.
