Having the kind of relationship with food and your body that oozes JOY makes life a whole different ball game than having one full of anxiety and fear.
There are 3 essential elements that help you become what I call a joy-filled eater, and if you’ve ever sought out traditional treatment for disordered eating or negative body image, it’s very likely that you weren’t given at least 1 critical piece of the food freedom puzzle.
