Where do our spiritual and creative lives intersect? How might our spiritual practices bolster our inner artist? How might our creative practice embolden our inner sage?
In this episode, I invited energy and inner child healing practitioner Natasha Levinger for a conversation to discuss the overlaps between creativity and spirituality. Natasha is also a writer and a musician who's spent many years in the world of improv.
We explored the fear of listening to our creative inner child & making space for them in our lives, breaking down rigid definitions of creativity, and the difference between openness and codependency.
Towards the end, Natasha shared her brilliant take on creative manifestation and some practices she's found helpful in deepening a co-creative relationship with reality.
Here's Natasha's bio:
Natasha Levinger is a therapeutic intuitive, energy healer, and author of the book, “Healing Your Inner Child: Reparenting Yourself for a More Secure and Loving Life”. She spends much of her time deep diving into all aspects of spiritual and emotional healing in the search to uncover patterns that stop us from being all that we are. Sharing those discoveries with others to help them feel free and fulfilled is her passion and life’s work.
You can find Natasha on her website, Substack, podcast, and TikTok.
In addition, check out Natasha's upcoming workshop Warriors of Light on December 28, 2024.
