Things are insane! It seems we decided to take a speed run through current events this past weekend. One story alone was enough to make your head spin. But over the course of 72 hours, America was hit with not only an attempted assassination of a former-President-turned-current- candidate. Then, a day later a Florida judge made a controversial decision about the same former-President-turned-current-candidate. Then, a day after that former-President-turned-current-candidate selected someone as his potential Vice President who once hated him but now loves him? Oh, and the former-President-turned-current-candidate had to pick the new running mate because he tried to have his last one killed. You follow?

But it made for a good photo op, right? We’re at least united in our insanity.
