In this episode, we dissect the question, what is intuitive eating? We pull back the big veil that social media often has on the words “intuitive eating.” It is much more than a set of principles, AND we should and do give credit to the authors of the books on Intuitive Eating, dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resche. Intuitive eating doesn’t fit into the same box for every person and certainly is full of nuance.
