Dr. Akhetuamhen’s research focuses on preventative medicine for emergency department patients at risk for neuro-cardiovascular disease. She has substantial experience in clinical medicine, with specialized training and expertise in addressing racial health disparities, conducting medical education research, and neuro-cardiovascular disease prevention in emergency care settings.
