Establishing a relationship with an IVF patient often makes the whole process simpler.
As an IVF patient, you’ll likely need the support of someone walk to walk you through the hard work of going through blood screens, getting injections, the mental pressure around the pregnancy test, and lots more.
But after it’s all done you’ll probably wonder why you were so scared and wish you’d done it earlier.
Prof has always supported a service where his team spends a lot of time with each patient.
He doesn’t see his patients as “just another number” which is often the case in low-cost clinics.
The nurses take time to do orientation and offer counseling as part of the service.
Can a C-Section impact future fertility?
Well, Prof doesn’t think so … unless there were complications that possibly led to scarring in the womb. How do you check for scarring in the womb?
Does an elevated count of natural killer cells require patients to take steroids? For how long does one need to take steroids? What’s the recommended dosage? Is there an increased risk of a cleft lip on the babies?
All these questions and many more get answered in this episode. Listen in to get your answers 🙂
Oh and don’t forget to share it with someone you think might benefit. Your referral is the ultimate compliment.
